Registration Fee: $250

Note: To help ensure a well-organized conference, all accommodations and room assignments will be pre-arranged by the organizing team. We appreciate your understanding

Cancellation Policy

If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the conference anymore, please keep in mind the following details:

Before May 1st 2026: 100% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit to cover administrative fees

After May 1st, 2026: No refund is available, however registrations can be transferred to a new individual
